*Labor - $800/day

*Additional costs for accommodations, airfare, and transportation.

*Meals and incidental expenses billed at current year's GSA rates.

*Permits are the responsibility of the client.

*Owner agrees to hold HMS harmless and indemnify HMS for all claims for damage to personal property or bodily injury for all services performed under this Agreement.

*Payments for services shall require a deposit prior to service, with the balance of services due 30 days upon receipt of invoice and thereafter all overdue balances shall incur interest at a rate of 1% per month.
